Authors are invited to submit abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations. Kindly read the following instructions carefully before submitting your abstract.

Last Date for Abstract Submission : 31st August 2026

General Guidelines

  • The presenting author must register for IAPSM KARCON 2026 Conference.
  • Abstracts must be submitted as a Word document.
  • It is mandatory to clearly specify the abstract category (Oral / Poster Presentation) within the abstract document.
  • Use standard abbreviations only.
  • Tables, graphs, and images should not be included in the abstract.
  • Previously published or presented work will not be accepted.
  • Submission does not guarantee Podium Presentation.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to re-categorize submissions or reject incomplete abstracts.

Formatting Requirements

  • Font Family: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12 for body text.
  • Font Size: 14 for headings.
  • Maximum Abstract Length: 300 words excluding keywords and references.
